First Fail :(

I first tried doing my CP (Cold Processed) soaps a different way, aaaannnnddddddd it was my first failed soap!  It is called “So fresh and so clean, clean.” It didn’t exactly come out how I wanted it, but its ok to fail. It was a learned lesson. You always must experience what it’s like to fail! I think I prefer putting my soaps in the freezer or refrigerator before cutting because it’s less of a hassle to get it out of the molds I use. I also think I should put my CP soaps in wooden molds, rather than using the silicone molds that I use for my melt and pour soaps because it doesn’t really work out that well.

I learn from this experience that it’s ok to fail. I also learned that I shouldn’t copy someone else’s process and keep what works for me. My parents say if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! I learned to not put my CP soaps in the cabinet because I didn’t like how it turned out, especially in this heat. Take from this that no matter how many times you make mistakes in life you should never give up, because everyone makes mistakes! Maybe this can be some advice for you! Enjoy making soaps and its ok to make mistakes!
